The room was really well-kept and surprisingly clean. The bed was comfy and I appreciated the overall cleanliness during my stay. The staff was accommodating whenever I needed assistance. WiFi was available 😊

Dirty room with bad manners from the staff, yet the bed was comfortable.

Nothing stood out as particularly enjoyable, but at least the bed to sleep offered some comfort.

Bathroom cleanliness was a major issue with cockroaches seen and urine stains around the toilet. Amenities like towels and toiletries were lacking, requiring multiple requests. Breakfast was barely sufficient, consisting of cold chappatis and lukewarm tea, and a promised early breakfast turned into an indifferent 'no' when I needed it most.

I wasn’t ready for this!

The staff lacked friendliness, the shower was broken, and we were surprised by additional charges. It's disappointing when a hotel doesn't meet basic expectations, especially after a long journey.

We enjoyed our stay, especially with the grandkids who loved the nearby food options. The fitness center was a hit with my wife and me, and we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport, making our travel plans much smoother.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clayton Near Igi Airport Delhi. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive, going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location is ideal, with various shops and eateries within walking distance.

The room was cozy and had a nice decor that made us feel at home. We also loved the pool area and the spa services—they were both perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the WiFi could be slow at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

The location offered plenty of nearby food options and stores within walking distance. Staff were accommodating and we received clean, newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor cleanliness standards, including hairs found in the bedding and issues with the bathroom's functionality. Additionally, the food hygiene raised concerns, with a bug found in yogurt. Although the butter chicken we ordered was delicious, it didn’t compensate for the overall disappointment in the stay.

the hotel's location is super convenient for the airport, and the staff is genuinely helpful with whatever you need. rooms are spick and span, and the breakfast, while basic, gets you going.
